I work at our local hospital in ICU and it’s not unusual to head to Dirt Cheap to “decompress” after a rough day. On one of those days not long ago, I noticed a couple of other people shopping that worked at the hospital also. Within an hour, there were 10 or 12 hospital employees in the store, choosing the same way to tie up all the loose fragments of a difficult day and find some great bargains as well. We were showing each other what we found "that we just couldn't live without" and sharing a laugh.

You know you have it bad when your 5 year old tells you it's time to go to Dirt Cheap this week. The other day she was doing chores and was rewarded. Instead of putting the money in her piggy bank, she put it in her wallet so she could buy something at Dirt Cheap. You just never know what kind of treasure you will find!

We live in Louisiana and have been making monthly trips to Dirt Cheap in Gulfport every month for the past 6-7 years. It’s a treat to us to see all the amazing prices and I love the music you play. One day while shopping a song came on and I danced a gig right there in the aisle. Thank you for letting us be free for a short while, you never know what aliments we have. If we can have a little fun while we shop, we forget our troubles for a moment.

Not long ago my daughter and I traveled from Corinth to West Point, Starkville, Philadelphia, Meridian, Hattiesburg, Gulfport, and Long Beach, to your stores. All of this was in one weekend. We had a blast and came home with the truck loaded down with goodies!

For years my friend and I have planned days where we leave early in the morning and hit as many Dirt Cheaps and Treasure Hunts as we can in a single day. We also make shopping your stores part of our journey on the way to her beach house in Alabama. We’ve passed this tradition on to our daughters, who are now hooked on shopping at your stores too. I got 23 tops (9 were dress shirts), 3 pairs of socks, a sports bra, 2 pairs of pants for my baby, as well as a pair of shorts and three tops for her, 5 work out tanks, an athletic jacket, and two school workbooks for $20 bucks! Y'all are doing great!

We come down here to visit our in-laws and every time we come it is a tradition that we have to come to Dirt Cheap or Treasure Hunt. We don’t have anything like this in Atlanta; everything is retail and much higher prices.

I have become a real shopper for first time in my life and I actually enjoy it. Dirt Cheap has made me this way. The bargains are just the best you are going to find. I live in Hattiesburg and visit all the stores in a 100 mile radius. I am enrolled in the email alerts which help me decide which store to visit and what day.

Just wanted say that I was at the Dirt Cheap in West Point today and the store was the best I have ever seen it. Great store and the manager there is wonderful. I LOVE shopping at my local Dirt Cheap store. I have found so many bargains there that it is almost scary. I never know what I might find that I can't live another day without. I always say that when I am going in the door. I also love meeting and talking to the people that shop in Dirt Cheap stores.

I like the prices. They are much better than other stores. Today I bought evening gowns for my daughter for prom! I’m from Minnesota but my parents live in Laurel. I’m a Treasure Hunt shopper when I’m in town. I always have to come here. It’s the first place we go to!
